Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within the McDonald’s Customer Experience business units, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of $200 Million in spend annually with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Financial business partner for the Product & Design, and Strategic Innovation & Planning business units
Assist with processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecast
Work on month end close activities, including variance analysis and monthly reporting
Financial consulting on savings opportunities and project spend prioritization
Assist with various ad-hoc requests and special projects (e.g., Cost saving model scenarios, risks, and opportunities)
Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions
Solve problems and resolve conflict through strong and thoughtful analytics
Thrive and excel when faced with unique business problems
Assess and prioritize large amounts of data quickly and confidently
Balance accountability, timeliness, and presentation with equal importance
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Cost management and budgetary planning experience is a plus
Ability to adapt to new financial systems quickly
Proficient with complex Excel models
Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently
