Exciting new Accounting Manager opportunity with one of Seattle’s fastest-growing Real Estate Investment groups. This firm recently launched a large new fund and will be aggressively deal hunting for new acquisitions in 2023. Manage 3 property accountants, overseeing month-end close, reviewing/preparing financial statement packages. Manage fixed assets, design and implement accounting processes, CAM recs, budget review, operating expenses, recons review, liaising with external auditors. Monitor accounting policies and internal controls, ensuring compliance, driving the team’s performance and financial reporting quality. Ideal for 5+ years in real estate/property management, 2 years as a supervisor, Yardi experience required. Comp range $110-145K + 10% bonus potential, great benefits.
