We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our company to financial success. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where employees are empowered to make a real impact.
This position reports to the CEO, with several direct reports from multiple locations. Qualified candidates must have experience managing the financial aspects of a multisite company.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Manage the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance to support business objectives. Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
