About the Position
The Finance Manager provides overall general accounting, reporting, and management for the Benefits and Wellness Division and the Self-Funded Benefits Trust Fund so it can meet its financial obligations in the most cost-effective manner so that benefit-eligible employees and their covered dependents can enjoy quality, affordable benefits.
The Finance Manager manages an annual budget of more than $200M. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee benefits payroll deductions.
Supervisory responsibilities include providing leadership to staff, hiring staff, evaluating staff performance, coaching, and disciplining staff, and providing professional development.

Working Conditions
Work occurs in an indoor office environment. Tasks require manual dexterity of hands and body to operate office equipment and manage frequent interruptions, time pressures, high work volumes, and multiple, complicated, and unscheduled tasks.
