GENERAL SUMMARY:

Looking for an accomplished social media professional. In partnership with the SVP Head of Content and Social Media Marketing, this individual will drive social media strategy for the bank across multiple social platforms. Maintain content calendars, drive the end-to-end content creation process, and schedule posts.

• Propose new topics, collaborate with partners on social posts/programs, and measure the benefit of social media strategies.
• Creativity and passion for social media are key. We’re building a bank from the ground up, so we love new ideas and lots of energy!
• Reporting into the Head of Content and Social Media Marketing, this role will be instrumental in both the initial launch of our social channels and scaling of next level of growth in our social strategy.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize early social media channel usage and help explore expansion to future platforms
• Build, coordinate and communicate the social media content calendar
• Interface with stakeholders and field requests
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated marketing plans
  • Evaluate trends, competitive activity, and seasonality to propose concepts and strategies to the team for calendaring

• Partner with a top marketing agency to ideate and build innovative creative
  • Translate the needs of product managers or other stakeholders into creative briefs
  • Drive engaging content creation that appeals to target customer groups and meets positioning and content objectives
  • Ensure adherence to brand, voice, and copy standards
  • Shepherd content approvals across multiple organizations including legal and compliance

• Manage all social media posts across channels
  • Differentiate by channel requirements, audience profiles, and content type
  • Leverage and coordinate content in other mediums (e.g., the blog)
• Track key metrics for social media success
  • Work with data analytics team to define metrics for engagement, organic traffic, and conversion
  • Test content to drive performance improvement
• Interface with the operations and compliance teams to manage social servicing issues
