About the Role
This role can be full-time in our Burlingame, CA headquarters, OR virtual (remote candidates must be based in the United States).
We are seeking a Recruiting Leader with a passion for innovative recruiting solutions and demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruiting for the Business Ops Recruiting Team. In this role, you will lead a team of TA Partners in nurturing our partnership with the Growth, Finance, Legal, and People teams. You will help scale our recruiting program as we continue with our rapid growth while building teams of diverse and mission-oriented Lyrians.
Responsibilities
Leverages data with some help to influence hiring strategy direction, compensation, interview processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress-to-hiring plans
Crafts or optimizes processes that raise the recruiting team’s efficiency or effectiveness
Analyzes/articulates talent market trends and develops recruiting strategies that impact the direction of your assigned recruiting teams
Establish themselves as a strong people manager or mentor who can develop others around them selflessly
Qualifications
8+ years of relevant work experience
2+ years of prior recruiting management experience required
Able to think strategically about the future state of Lyra and recommend or plan the processes needed to scale
Able to navigate the unknown that comes with a startup company environment
Strategic partner to other hiring leaders
Builds, empowers, inspires, and leads a team to hit hiring targets and project deadlines consistently
Ability to motivate, inspire and be a leader of culture to multiple people and functions in the recruiting team
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Previous G&A recruiting experience is a plus but not required
