Job Responsibilities Finance and Accounting : Execute and oversee day-to-day operating accounting activities, e.g., payments and intercompany transactions, account receivable, accounts payable and general ledger.
Provide accurate and timely financial statements with full compliance of US GAAP and Luye Group financial policies. Ensure that all accounts on P&L, B / S, Equity, and CF Statements are accurately journalized and reconciled on a monthly basis with proper supporting documents.
Work with corporate finance group to for periodical consolidation, corporate tax filing processes, financial planning and analysis, as well as other hoc as needed.
Compliance and Internal Control Provide and setup a clear guidance of finance policies and procedures to better support the business and organization of Lye Pharma US as well as implement a clear internal control system to manage the potential finance risks.
Maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of assets and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and guidelines;
interpret financial results, evaluate risks of alternatives, recommend actions and develop strategies to address various scenarios.
Budget Management and Cash Flow Forecast Develop comprehensive tools to support business proposals and budget, with tracking focused on ROI and margin profitability.
Establish and maintain an effective and efficient cash flow planning process for both commercial and operational functions being supported, including coordination of a planning calendar with key dates and deliverables (e.
g. cash inflow for A / R, payment schedules for A / P; daily current asset reconciliations and bank credit line balance maintenance to ensure working capital for sustainable business operation).
Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications US bachelor’s degree in accounting and / or finance is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
US CPA or CMA licensed is highly preferred. Minimum 6-8 years of experience. Ideal candidate would be someone with first 3 years’ audit experience in Big 4 or reputable accounting firms and then develop into inhouse finance department and rotated in different roles of company finance operation, intercompany transactions, budget management, and cashflow management.
Strong communication skill and successful experienced in supporting business and commercial organization is a must. Bilingual in English (must) and Chinese is highly preferred.
