The Supply Chain team is seeking a Program Integrator – ADP / Skunk Works

Responsibilities include :

• Participating in Cross Functional Engagements with Production Operations, Manufacturing, Program Management and Engineering
• Maintaining and reporting RFP status, tracking of monies, execute team and supplier communications and effectively share information across a dispersed team
• Utilizing tools to generate reports and support management needs
• Drafts supplier communications, follow up for closure and ease administrative burden to the buying team
• Assists with program indoctrination, on boarding and bringing new team members up to speed and being effective contributors to the larger team
• Maintains a close relationship to the team and consistently brings improvement suggestions to the forefront

This position is located at a facility that requires special access; will require US Citizenship and an Interim Secret Clearance to be considered

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with years of professional experience;

or years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

• Experience with SAP / ERP system
• Experience in Purchasing / Subcontract Management
• Microsoft Office (Excel) and Pivot Tables, data analytics experience

Desired Skills :

• Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs
• Cross functional engagement with engineering, production operations, manufacturing, quality and program management
• Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership; to include presentations and public speaking
• Experience with Supply Chain proposals and cost analysis
• Familiarity with the entire manufacturing value stream
• Experience in Teamcenter PLM system
• Familiarity with production control and shortage reporting
• Experience developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention with project managers, line managers, and clients

Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration
