Reporting directly to the Director of Accounts Payable, this is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with experience in accounts payable and travel & expense to join a great working environment for a high-growth company.
Key
Responsibilities:
Travel and Expense reconciliations of employee reimbursements using travel & expense platform and processing journal entries to ERP system.
Managing corporate credit card program
Managing employee travel
Maintain and develop platform to fulfill growing business needs
Onboard new employees to travel and expense platform
Provide regular training sessions to all employees
Weekly and monthly reporting on travel and expense
Hold employees accountable to company travel and expense policies
Position Requirements:
2
years of travel & expense experience and/or accounts payable
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
Knowledge of travel and expense policy and procedures
Knowledge of Concur, Certify, Nexonia, or any other travel and expense platform.
Proficient in data entry and management
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
