This position can be located anywhere within Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages Territory.
The Director of ARTM/E-Commerce – will have full responsibility for ARTM and E-Commerce sales execution in all local and national accounts.
As Director you will directly lead the ARTM Account Executives.
In addition, you will collaborate with the IC Directors and IC teams to influence annual plans which support business objectives and Liberty overall Big Bets.
The Director is accountable for People development in a complex and profitable part of the business.
Responsible for recruiting and retaining talent.
Act as liaison to CCNA National Accounts, local ARTM and Distributor Customers to provide feedback and point of view on business direction.
Sales/Execution:
Leads development of comprehensive multi-year & annual business plans for ARTM.
Monitor business performance for gaps versus plan and lead development of contingencies/solves Identify opportunities with ongoing ARTM business performance and create solutions to close gaps in volume, price and profit.
Responsible for setting & cascading business goals to facilities/accounts.
In addition, is responsible for managing the annual budget.
Coordinate execution requirements with all appropriate Liberty constituents to ensure customer plans meet overall business objectives and strategies People Management:
Responsible for identifying and developing core talent Coach and develop the team of direct reports.
Influence and Inform while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the Key Account organization Customer Management:
Responsible for relationships with accounts serving as the connection point with General Managers/Facility Directors as well as some region/district level relationships.
Build relationships with Customer teams and Field Sales teams.
Provide feedback to the national sales teams.
Supply Chain:
Drives collaboration between operations and field sales execution including sales/delivery route planning Other projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
7-10 years’ experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry People leadership/management – specifically, experience leading leaders of others Business experience across multiple product lines and/or channels – e.
