Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing and measuring internal and external marketing strategies for our brand.
As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for project management, trafficking marketing campaigns, and supporting various initiatives.
The Marketing Coordinator assists the VP, Marketing with public relations activities and manages the social media outlets for LEO Events.
This role is also responsible for efficiently managing administrative tasks that are integral to the success of our marketing and business development activities.
The ideal candidate will possess exemplary project management and communications skills.
The position is required to work from a Memphis, Chattanooga, or Nashville, TN office 5 days / week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Coordinate internal events and provide support for crew letters, travel bookings, and communication with various departments.
Other administrative, business development, and marketing duties, as assigned.
On-site support for trade shows and internal events; occasional client program support.

Employee required to spend a portion of time in a seated position looking at a computer screen. Employee will be required to do some standing and walking.
Employee will be in a well-lighted, heated and / or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
Must be able to bend and lift at least 25 pounds.
