F&I Manager responsibilities include:
- Work directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, aftermarket products, and other options
- Establish and maintain relationships with lenders to purchase in-house retail installment contracts
- Attain dealer finance product sales objectives
- Verify that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
- Work to maintain quality relationships with sales staff
F&I Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, F&I, or sales management
- Proven track record of strong sales numbers and CSI
- Previous experience in dealing with auto lending institutions
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and knows how to budget time
