Position Summary: Lead, innovate, and manage employee new hires and third-party independent network enrollees to provide a successful transition into working with Leaf Home. This includes ownership of 1099 and W2 pre-hire onboarding process and post-hire support. Act as a candidate ambassador to provide an exemplary end to end onboarding experience.
