Job Description
Area law office is seeking an addition to the team in our accounting department. Tasks will include daily organization of payments to post on various platforms for the business and our clients. You will balance postings and prepare daily deposits. Experience with Quickbooks is desired to produce invoices and pay bills. Understanding of simple interest calculation method is necessary set up new balances for recovery. You will also collect data from various platforms and use Excel to organize data into meaningful management reports. An ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional oral and written communications, strong time management, and enjoy creative problem solving.
