Lakeshore CDJR of Seaford is looking for an experienced automobile salesperson to join our Sales team as a Sales and Finance Manager Trainee.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:* Automotive Sales Consultant will demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and learn the functions of the F&I office*Automotive Sales Consultant will identify each customer’s requirements by asking questions and listening*Deliver vehicles to customers. Ensure the customer understands the operating features of the vehicle*Automotive Sales Consultant will review and explain the electronic benefits that the new Ford vehicles come equipped with (we will train you)*Maintain an owner follow up and prospect development system to encourage repeat, referral, and new business*Stay on top of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customersAutomotive Retail experience needed.
