Kum & Go is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator (Signage) to join our powerhouse marketing team! You’ll be responsible for development and execution of our marketing programming throughout the Kum & Go stores. Focusing on strategic selection of signage for specific promotional opportunities, this role will ensure creative signage is developed effectively by our design team of internal and external partners while managing the signage budget.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the planning, production, and distribution of the monthly sign kits for all stores
Work closely with design team of internal and external partners to manage design of creative materials
Coordinate additional store signage needs, signage inventory, and signage budget
Coordinate store communications including weekly newsletters, monthly marketing plans, and other associate engagement communications
Assist the marketing team in coordination and execution of signage or communications related to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Assist the marketing team in coordination and execution of product photography and management of existing video and image assets
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant experience in communications, marketing, business or project management.
Proven writing communication skills
Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage large amounts of complex data within Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated attention to detail
Experience in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, preferred
Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to consistently demonstrate integrity, high energy, initiative, and self-confidence

Relocation to Des Moines, IA required
