Oversee and perform all types of store audits, ensuring compliance
with company policies and procedures. This includes physical
inventories performed by third-parties, audits performed internally
and recording audit results. Demonstrate the company s core values of

– Any experience in an accounting
position at a regional accounting center or corporate office
accounting position
– Any store management experience- Oversee
physical inventories by third-party inventory service
– Maintain
complete and proper conduct of the physical inventories by both the
store and the inventory service
– Prepare inventory results and
communicate to division office and Regional Accounting Service Center
(RASC) for booking
– Review results of all audits with store
manager
– Perform last in first out (LIFO) inventories

Perform cash audits
– Perform price check audits
– Perform
dating compliance audits (out of date checks)
– Perform
anti-money laundering audits (AMLA) and ensure store is in compliance
with all AMLA division policies and procedures
– Provide
pre-inventory communication to store managers and third-parties

Support and administer paperwork involved in store robberies

Perform equipment and Reclamation & Salvage (R&S) inventories
