Korn Ferry has partnered with our client in the manufacturing industry on their search for a Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting & Consolidations. The ideal candidate would be motivated and organized with the ability to handle both external and internal management reporting. Our client is positioned for growth and has recently expanded operations. This role would gain you exposure to upper-level executives and provides great benefits!
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Supervises global actuals and forecast consolidations
- Manages and reviews consolidated financial statement prep
- Prepare and review internal management reports and external financial reports
- Monitor US GAAP and SEC rulemaking for proper presentations-footnotes
- Ensure compliance with SOX and heavy involvement with audit
- Journal entries, fluctuation analysis, research technical accounting issues
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of SEC reporting, US GAAP, and internal control processes
- Analytical thinker, organized, detail oriented, excellent communicator
- Strong computer skills, Office, Excel. PowerPoint
- Customer service oriented
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Degree: BS/BA Accounting or Finance
- Work Experience: 10+ years experience in Corporate Accounting, Corporate Financial Reporting, Consolidations, etc.
- CPA preferred
