What Success Looks Like:
Determining the customers needs for finance and payment options
Present service contracts, Gap Coverage, and other beneficial programs
Prepare paperwork accurately and finalize financial traction in a legal and ethical manner
Achieve monthly forecasts for Finance and Insurance income, penetration levels, and customer service.
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, competing sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with customers, suggesting trade ins, meeting prospects at community activities, responding to inquires and recommending sales.
