$150,000 potential annual income!!

What you will be doing as a BDC Manager :

• Oversee and coordinate the BDC team activities.
• Manage the incoming email and phone leads
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Train all BDC reps on handling customers and leads
• Maintain the CRM system daily

What we are looking for :

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
