Thriving residential marketing/sales organization, doing business in the Las Vegas Valley for over 25 years, is looking for assistance with sales management, finance processing and cross-training to back-up key positions.
The assistant sales manager aspect of this position includes: becoming knowledgeable with our sales process to assist sales people in day-to-day matters; producing Excel reports, with graphs and charts, to stay on top of critical performance data; ordering and distributing consumable materials used in the sales process; performing any task needed in support of sales management that falls within your aptitude and/or skill set.
The finance aspect involves: working with our sales staff to assist in creating financial credit approvals for equipment sales, and staying on top of that process through to funding. We work with four leading finance companies who use the latest in technology – some of the initial account creating steps are now frequently taken care of by our reps in the field.
But, important communications between our office and our new customers are still needed regarding: the terms available for their approved financing, e-doc signing, fulfilling finance company requests for stipulations and required documents, etc. Someone comfortable working over the phone to confidently and clearly communicate available finance options, and with strong attention to detail so nothing falls through the cracks, is what is needed here.
Finally, being a team player, as always, is a valuable quality. Flexibility, and willingness to help out where/when needed, makes for a strong company. Having minimal cross-training in a couple of select positions, as important back-up if a critical player goes out for any reason, is an important aspect of this position, as well.

2 years minimum in-an-office work experience, and at least some experience using Excel, is required. A quick, simple, test will be given at your interview to confirm you have at least some skill in that area.
