Job Overview
The Finance Manager will collaborate with Sales Operations, Transformation and Fleet teams in support of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business segment for the US.
The Finance Manager will analyze operational and financial results, play an integral role in the forecasting and budgeting processes, and operational expenses in excess of $600M.
This role requires a detailed understanding of financial reporting and a keen interest in learning the DSD route to market and all associated business processes supporting this segment.
The successful candidate will bring a cross-disciplinary combination of analytical and critical skills in a number of financial areas with the ultimate goal of driving cost savings and influencing business partners to operate as efficiently as possible.
This position is available as hybrid (3 / 2) or 100% on site. It is not available 100% remote.
Major Responsibilities :
Ensure all reporting adds value and links back to achieving AOP and any other goals set by management. Eliminate reporting that does not add value.
Routinely visit operations centers to better understand customer needs and conduct process observations to continuously improve financial support to your commercial and operational customers.
Find opportunities to enhance operational capabilities and eliminate waste.
