Kessler Plumbing & Heating is a small business looking for a new Office Manager to administer all office related business activities.
The daily duties include:
-Answering the phone
-Dispatching plumbers to job sites
-Accounts Receivable invoicing customers in Quickbooks
-Receiving customer payments and preparing deposits in Quickbooks
-Accounts Payable bill pay in Quickbooks
-Filing paperwork
-Preparing and sending proposals in Microsoft Word
-Maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
-Misc office admin duties as needed
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as iPhone texting, WhatsApp, and Gmail is required. Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred but not required as we can train for this. We also use Service Fusion for dispatching which can be easily taught.
A friendly phone etiquette is crucial, as well as flexibility and a willingness to learn new procedures as we continually optimize the office functionality.
Work schedules are Monday-Friday from 7:30AM until 4PM. We take 6 paid holidays off per year, and provide paid sick/vacation time off as well as medical, dental, and retirement benefits.
