Job Description
As Chief Financial Officer, this position is accountable for health system financial planning and management; coordination of the development of corporate budget forecasts including health system operations; development and coordination of financial management systems and reporting; and oversight of Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain operations, which promote Kaleida Health’s long-term fiscal viability and advancement.

Minimum Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Masters preferred. 10 years of healthcare and health system finance experience required. Particularly as it pertains to cost management, revenue enhancement, third party payors and academic affiliations within a large, diversified healthcare organization. Financial management excellence, and progressively more responsibility in leveraging economic principles to drive change in a healthcare environment. 10 years’ experience with Legal, regulatory, administrative and governance issues required.
5 years of Leadership and management experience required. CPA Certified Public Accountant preferred. Active involvement and participation in professional organizations and associations preferred.
