Marketing Specialist

JRC, Incorporated is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist. This position will play a primary role maximizing our on-line presence through company website design and management, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media activities.

Founded in 1990 and based just north of Nashville, TN, JRC Incorporated is one of the nation’s premier construction companies.

Currently working in 48 of 50 states we specialize in capital improvement projects of all types : including steep and low slope roofing, exterior paints, siding, and etc.

MUST LIVE IN MIDDLE TN AREA, POSITION IS IN OFFICE

Principal Responsibilities

• Maintain, design, and manage company website
• Light coding & CSS
• Focus on ROI strategies as well as monitor and report campaign results
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Create Digital Advertisements
• Utilize drone for photos and videos for website and marketing pieces
• Schedule highly engaging social media posts to support events, blog posts, press releases and major announcements to drive traffic to company website.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content and optimize user experience
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Required Skills

• 2 or 4 year degree in Computer Information, Web Design, or related field or 2 years relevant experience
• Proven Marketing experience in multiple platforms
• Great analytical and project management skills
• Self-starter
