Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to process payments, reconcile general ledger accounts, and perform a three-way match when processing Accounts Payables. You will work first shift.
Duties:
Match invoices, purchase orders, and receiving paperwork
Review invoices for proper coding and input into MRP System; process invoices and send checks
Respond to inquiries from vendors, employees, and management
File and maintain documents
Reconcile accounts payable inputs to sub-ledger and general ledger; monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end closing
Maintain and file vendor documentation and W-9s
Handle minimal cost accounting relate duties
Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have at 2 to 5 years prior experience with invoices and accounts payables
Experience in a Manufacturing environment is needed
Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel with accurate data entry skills
Must have a working knowledge of Accounting Software
Must be highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, and be detail-oriented
Must have strong communication skills
