“Jon-Don: Let’s Tackle Your Toughest Jobs”Position SummaryThe Finance Manager is responsible to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. Will oversee, implement and maintain Factory Cleaning Equipment’s financial procedures and policies to ensure the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of our financial performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities? The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
? Tracking, management, and reporting of KPI’s
? Enhance financial controls and streamline processes
? Track the progress and performance of cross-company synergies
? Month-end financial performance reporting
? Variance analysis when needed to explain changes in performance
? Quarterly board packet preparation
? Development of annual budget with input from the management team
? Work with managers on cost improvements and methods to track the projected savings
? Produce ad hoc reporting as needed for the management team
? Upholding professionalism by providing courteous customer service to visitors, clients, and vendors

? Wellness perkMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)? Bachelor’s degree required – Finance/Accounting preferred
? 8 or more years of financial services, and/or accounting experience required
? Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
? General understanding of Financial Management/Accounting processes and procedures
? Experience with ERP systems, preferably QuickBooks Enterprise, Dynamics SL, and/or NetSuite
? Aptitude for continuous improvement and process re-design
? Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
? Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format
? Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
? Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
?
