Responsibilities :

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making.
• Conduct detailed operational analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand business drivers.
• Utilize Netsuite ERP to manage and analyze financial data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide financial expertise and guidance to the business on a range of issues, helping to drive business performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial perspective and guidance.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong experience in financial modeling and operational analysis.
• Super user of Netsuite ERP with the ability to extract and analyze complex data is a big plus
• Experience in the distribution or manufacturing industry is a must.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
