Entry Level Marketing Assistant

As Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Assist with researching, developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Review content on customer websites
• Make improvements and enhancements to customer’s digital content
• Develop solutions that drive revenue (promotions, events, etc.)
• Support new and existing customers
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide periodic status updates on open customer marketing projects
• Attend tradeshows and travel to meet clients in person on occasion
• Run routine and special reports
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree

With:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint experience
• Microsoft Teams experience

Pluses:

• +++ Marketing experience
• +++ Sales, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Sales Assistant, Sales Operations, Business Development, Account Management or similar experience
