FLSA Status: Salaried, ExemptManager: VP Marketing
Location: JAMAK Fabrication, Weatherford, Texas
Goals:
An Account Manager is responsible for making sure clients and customers have a positive business relationship with JAMAK from quotes, customer service issues, to daily management of their accounts.
Responsibilities:
Account Management New and Current Customers
Support Sales Leads and Sales Reps throughout sales process, including research, sales materials, meeting coordination, on-site visits, etc.
Manage a portfolio of customers as part of a team to achieve long-term success.
Develop positive relationships and ensure customers needs are resolved positively.
Provide consistent point of contact for customer, regardless of their need. You will answer customer questions and connect customers with appropriate department based on their need.
Provide excellent communication within Jamak, our sales reps and externally. Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
Ensure customers are kept informed of their project status through every stage by coordinating with internal sellers, sales reps, production, and customer service.
Meet time deadlines for accounts. Account Managers will be the clock-watchers to ensure customers questions, concerns and requests are met in a timely fashion.
Solicit customer feedback and measure customer satisfaction at regular, agreed upon intervals.
Onboard New Customers. Collect all needed company information and distribute it to correct department. Communicate status to customer.
Onboard New Products. Ensure all departments have up to date accurate information and that product is input in our systems correctly and quickly.
Account Planning
Create and update account plan for each customer. Account plans will feed forecasting process.
Coordinate with sales leads and reps to ensure strategy timeline is adhered to.
Maintain calendar to review customer accounts. Accounts will be reviewed annually, bi-annually, or quarterly, based on customer opportunity size and needs.
Opportunity Management Process
Review assigned deals and ensure HubSpot is up to date
Confirm opportunity management process is being adhered to for assigned deals.
Quote Management
Review RFQs and ensure all pertinent information to complete a quote is available.
Input quote ticket into HubSpot.
Link quote to appropriate deal in pipeline.
Follow the ticket through the quoting pipeline, facilitating intra-department communication as needed. Account Manager is responsible for the total elapsed quote time.
Communicate with sales leads and sales rep about quote status.
Lead Management Process
Organizing, information gathering, vetting, tracking, & engaging with potential customers leads.
Working with marketing on the creation and distribution of various outgoing lead campaigns.
Admin Time
Ensure sales reps commissions are accurate
Tracking shipments, samples, etc.
Misc. admin needs to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales leads and reps.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
Problem-solving skills to help resolve customers concerns or needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to see tasks through to successful conclusion.
Possess solid Microsoft application skills (Word and Excel)
Salary/Benefits
Salary based on experience.
Eligible for benefits the first day of the month after 60 days.
