As a Capital Manager, you will report to our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Casper Spanggaard.
Job Overview
As a Capital Manager, you will manage and grow our capital by making public stock market trades to fund our mental health care business. Your work will involve developing and optimizing our trading strategy, executing our trading strategy, making stock and CFD trades, and analyzing trading strategy execution results.
Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer will mentor you for further personal and professional development. You will influence how you structure your work and accomplish our strategic objectives. The successful primary outcome is a well-defined, scalable, profitable, and validated trading strategy.
This position is part-time. If you demonstrate success in this position, we can discuss making the job position full-time.
The start date will be in the second or third quarter of 2022.

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage and grow our capital
Develop and optimize our trading strategy
Execute our trading strategy
Make stock and CFD trades
Design and conduct quick, cost-effective trading experiments
Validate our trading strategy
Analyze trading strategy execution results
Make data-driven decisions
Optimize Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications
Contract (1099) position – must be able to invoice ithought
Part-time position
Maximum salary US$4,000/month
Able to work remotely from home or elsewhere
Able to self-manage your work (do not require micromanagement)
Use a trading account
Stock chart analysis
Good understanding of stock trading concepts
Good understanding of financial concepts
Can work in a small team/company
Looking for long-term cooperation
English speaking, reading, and writing
