Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting is preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
Responsibilities:
As the A/R A/P Specialist, you will be supporting the company’s financial operations.
- Entering invoices into accounting systems
- Circulating invoices for approval
- Answering Vendor questions/complaints
- Coding invoices
- Completing payments and controlling expenses
- Reconciling invoices
- Managing employee reimbursements
