Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Finance in Windsor Mill, MD. As the Director of Finance, this individual will oversee a team of 6-7 individuals and will be responsible of a $50+ million budget. They will oversee the day to day operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, monthly closing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payments. They will prepare monthly financial statement analysis according to GAAP, analyze differences between actuals and budget and present to the Executive team. They will lead the development of the annual operating budget. They will be interacting with external auditors during any audit periods. They will also be tasked with driving budget submission and and grant reporting to government agencies.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relared field
10+ years of experience in accounting with at least 5 years in a leadership role
CPA Certified
Experience using Sage Intacct accounting software
Health Care Billing Experience Master’s Degree
Experience working for a non profit null
