Your job as a Client Partner Manager, Global Accounts Program.
Indeed is seeking a Manager for the Global Accounts Program within the CS & Sales Strategy org. As Manager you will lead your team members in the management of complex global accounts and additional strategic initiatives that impact CS, Sales and clients. A specific focus for you and your team will be to serve as a trusted partner to CS and to help shape client experience by actioning CS feedback and driving product and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about managing both a team and projects, takes initiative, and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You will lead a team of Client Partners who are responsible for supporting and driving consistency within Indeed’s top global clients.
Become the subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all programs, projects and accounts managed by your team.
Influence client strategy and performance on a global scale.
Collaborate cross-functionally and network internally to accomplish goals.
Be ready to build processes from scratch and implement strategies that can quickly scale across multiple global clients.
Advance the Global Accounts program, and other team initiatives through project management that keeps all internal and external stakeholders informed and aligned.
Engage CS leadership, gather feedback, identify key priorities and deeply understand what is needed to strengthen the Global Accounts Program strategy within CS.
Ensure your team has clear channels through which to route feedback from clients, CS and internal partners to facilitate new solutions and translate challenges into product opportunities.
Hold your team accountable to defined KPIs, SLAs and measures of success. When not available, help to create.
Who You Are
About you:
You are strategic and analytical with a wealth of experience in CS and/or CS and Sales Strategy roles.
You deeply understand the systems and tools, roles and responsibilities, and operating model of the Client Success org globally.
You can build processes from scratch and implement strategies that can scale globally.
You are client-centric / obsessed.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are organized and able to develop a complex project plan from start to completion.
You are inclusive and enthusiastic about working cross functionally across varied teams and stakeholders at all levels. You create communication flows and work streams that enable effective collaboration.
Experience/Skills:
5+ years relevant client and CS/Sales org support experience.
3+ years of people management preferably in a customer service, account management, or operational capacity.
Global experience.
Strong analytical and process development skills with a focus on solutions and an ability able to lead high visibility projects dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to complex clients.
Excels at change management. Is organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly and relay/implement within the team.
Exceptional listening, communication (written and spoken), data storytelling and presentation skills with an ability to gain buy-in, influence and build rapport with partners of diverse cultures and levels of expertise.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Austin 105,000 – 157,000 USD per year
