We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in accounts payable, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities:

• Processing all accounts payables
• Reviewing, entering, and processing vendor invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
• Processing payable checks
• Filing department documents
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of AP experience preferred.
• Associates degree
• Tech savvy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team environment
• Multi-Entity accounting experience
