Education: High School Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Specific
Qualifications:
Job responsibilities:
Process
accounts incoming payments in compliance with policies and
procedures.
Verification of accuracy of invoices and/or other
accounting documents and records.
Process credit memos,
write-offs, billing adjustments, and charge offs.
Reconcile the
accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted
for and properly posted.
Review payment discrepancies and address
issues.
Setup New Customers Accounts.
Maintains and updates
customer files, including name or address changes.
Participate in
monthly closing reconciliation.
Assist on special projects
related to Accounts Receivable as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 1-2 year
experience in Accounts Receivable.
Demonstrated team player and
strong desire for long term success.
Strong independent
problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work
in a fast-paced environment with many competing
priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
