Hyperice Hiring for Manager, Finance Analytics Job at Watertown, MA Full Time

Hyperice is seeking a talented Manager, Finance Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment and own high-priority projects as a cross-functional partner supporting Hyperice’s growth, innovation priorities, and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be a trusted and independent partner, helping business unit and C-suite leaders make data-driven decisions about how we grow and efficiently operate our business. This role will develop and own business-critical processes and will partner with senior leaders throughout the organization to drive key business initiatives. The role requires superior analytical and presentation skills, as well as an outstanding ability to collaborate across a diverse range of stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Manage essential elements of Hyperice’s financial planning & analysis process in coordination with the CFO, including building and maintaining forecasts in connection with the annual operating plan, the long-term strategic plan, and periodic forecasts
• Analyze and interpret data to help decision making across the business and improve financial and operational strategy
• Develop and present analyses and reports on key financial and operating metrics and performance indicators, translating them into actionable business strategy
• Collaborate with Accounting to review and interpret financial results and communicate them to key stakeholders, such as executives and the Board of Directors
• Prepare presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors and provide analyses and recommendations to assist with strategic decision-making
• Own analyses that support growth such as forecasting, go-to-market strategy formulation, category / channel performance measurement, and partnership negotiations
• Identify and execute process improvements and cost efficiency measures across the company
• Establish new processes that enable the company to scale efficiently
• Assist in evaluation of strategic investments and initiatives by performing ROI analyses
• This role will report to the CFO, and have active involvement with the CEO and other business unit leaders

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s and/or MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Computer Science or other quantitative field
• 5-10 years of analytical experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity and/or a corporate development, strategy or planning & analysis role at a leading consumer or technology company
• Strong financial skill set and grasp of corporate finance fundamentals, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining financial models
• Excellent ability to build and interpret information from large and varied data sets
• Superior verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to summarize analysis and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders, including executives
• A self-starter who is highly self-motivated and curious
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
