We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting.

Display installer and merchandiser needed for multiple plumbing and lighting showroom locations across N.C. A Plumbing and Lighting Display Installer is responsible for assembling and maintaining plumbing and lighting displays to showcase products effectively.

They collaborate with store managers, merchandisers, and product vendors to ensure that displays are visually appealing and aligned with marketing and sales strategies.

• Installation :
• Assemble and set up plumbing and lighting displays primarily in showrooms but may include trade shows, or other locations as needed.
• Ensure that all displays are installed safely and securely, following relevant safety guidelines.
• Completely assemble, hang, mount and install a variety of plumbing and lighting fixtures, mirrors, etc. in a variety of applications.

Ability to assemble and install manufacturer provided displays which may include shelving, slat wall, peg board, signage, etc.

• Adhere to and execute design instructions for displays as instructed by supervisor(s).
• Ability to install displays and fixtures in a manner that retains the integrity of the product allowing items to be sold to and reinstalled by customers with all pertinent parts and pieces present.
• Product Knowledge :
• Develop a deep understanding of plumbing and lighting products, including their specifications, features, and applications.
• Maintenance :
• Regularly inspect and maintain displays to ensure they remain in good condition.
• Replace or repair damaged or non-functional components as needed.
• Properly disposing of display packaging.
• Inventory Management :
• Keep track of inventory related to display materials and accessories, and order supplies as necessary.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Transport items to branch locations using proper procedure and location tracking.
• Collaboration :
• Coordinate with store staff and management to ensure displays align with marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Safety Compliance :
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while installing and maintaining displays.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of plumbing and lighting products and their applications is beneficial.
• Frequent travel statewide.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move display materials.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work safely at heights or with power tools if required.
• Handy with a variety of tools.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and computers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to issues that may arise during installations.
