Hoxton Circle Looking for Accounting Manager at Dallas, TX, US Full Time

I’m currently partnering with one of my favorite clients, a high growth PE firm, on the hunt for a Accounting Manager to be a strategic partner, bring ideas, and be ready to innovate

The goal is to build a “not-your-everyday” accounting team ??

This is a growth opportunity on a team that’s thoughtfully scaling and has lots of resources You’ll be at the forefront, working closely with c-suite leadership, and shaping the financial future of the company and it’s portfolio companies

The $$$ :

Base Salary from $K – $K + Cash Bonus + Benefits

What you’ll do :

• Own month end for over selected entities and own financial processes across the org
• Improve accounting processes by analyzing, recommending, and implementing changes
• Support the monthly close process, reporting, reconcile balance sheets, intercompany transactions etc

Who you are :

• + years of relevant accounting experience
• A mix of public and in-house accounting is a plus
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail & good sense of humor! ??
• Can contribute & bring ideas in a fast-paced environment
