Join a team of project management & finance professionals to support governance and flawless execution of programs and projects that align with the function’s strategic objectives, using well established- goal-centered project management principles. You will ensure that all projects within the function are delivered with quality, on time and, within budget. You will succeed by maintaining precise and constructive communication with all business partners, and a keen focus on Cost Control Management
Key Responsibilities
- Project status reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Project feasibility analysis
- Oversee Aero C2C third party collections activity
- Work with Aero Services business to review receivables
- Manage Aero C2C department projects
- Implement HOS processes for Aero C2C and review documentation
- Create and rollout Aero C2C CA training plan
YOU MUST HAVE
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5
years of experience in Accounting, Collections or Finance
WE VALUE
- Six Sigma/PMP Certification
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Strong working knowledge – Excel, PPT, Project & Outlook
- Strong transition experience to manage multiple work streams
- Significant experience in stakeholder management
- Strong experience in standard project management methodology
- Strong experience in finance project transitions
- Significant experience in leading project transformations
