Home Healthcare Inc. and our family of companies is seeking knowledgeable SEO Marketing Specialists in the Twin Cities metro area to join our team here in Golden Valley! As a SEO Marketing Specialists, you would be responsible for growing the online presence of our family of companies (10+ business lines) and assisting in the updating and optimization of multiple websites and marketing material. Successful applicants will reach out to us directly or include a cover letter with examples of companies AND keywords they have used to get on the 1st page of Google. SEO Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ Degree in marketing, business, information technology or communication OR Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Familiar with digital analytics and SEO tools like SEMRUSH and Google Search Console
• Thorough comprehension of search engine optimization: technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support technical SEO requirements is preferred
• Good understanding of back link analysis
• Knowledge of competitor research and keyword research.
• Good understanding of back link analysis

SEO Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality SEO content including blog content
• Perform competitive analysis of other companies within the home care industry
• Support in the research, development, and implementation of SEO optimization strategies
• Perform keyword research, expansion, and optimization to use for the company’s website and marketing materials
• Support in the development and execution of the link building strategy
• Monitor and stay up to date with the changes in search engine algorithms
• Ensure our SEO efforts are in keeping with the latest SEO/SEM strategies
• Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO efforts
• Collaborate with content teams to drive SEO in content creation and marketing as well as connecting with the web development team in order to ensure best practices are being implemented
• Efficiently communicate with internal and external teams to align goals and manage the SEO strategy
