As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing marketing communications, content, plan, and strategies for all parts of the organization. This role creates, directs, and implements marketing communications, programs, and strategy to increase awareness, opportunities, and sales across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops annual marketing plan and projects that define activities and expected outcomes.
· Creates, manages creation of and executes marketing ads, campaigns, collateral, promotional materials, presentations, tradeshows, and other marketing needs to support the overall business objectives.
· Manage, develop, and expand digital marketing platforms including website, social media, advertising, email marketing, and other general market outreach.
· Develop, manage, maintain, and improve company website, advertising, and lead development.
· Manage lead generation, follow-up, and analysis.
· Writes articles and copy for the company brochure and product literature, news articles, case studies, press releases, website, webcasts, and videos.
· Monitors, measures, evaluates, and reports marketing results on an ongoing basis.
· Research and reports on different markets trends, market conditions, and competitors. Analyzes the opportunity or impacts they represent within our customers and markets.
· Helps create company branding and positioning.
· Collaborates and can engage effectively with all stake holders, enable cross-functional collaboration, and successfully work with a diverse team.
· Collaborates and liaises with agencies, media, suppliers, and other industry organizations.
· Establishes benchmarks and develops supporting reports and activities to meet benchmarks.
· Participates in company strategic planning process, utilizes expertise in market trends and competition to inform options.
· Able to apply marketing strategy and concepts as appropriate.
· Monitors and applies industry best practices.
· Performs other duties as requested.
· Ability to travel up to 10%

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
