3. 8 Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description Job Description: Job Description & Responsibilities: The Client Quantitative Analyst I would be responsible for the Consumer and Small Business Anti-Money Laundering, At Risk Person (ARP), Complaints & Conduct infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing operational risk for the team and provide business continuity across all horizontals (data, business intelligence, analytics). Candidate will support the team’s data and business intelligence strategy and ensure the team is following best practices when delivering integrated data driven solutions across client protection programs. In addition, this associate would manage relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders to meet business needs. The associate will represent our programs across various enterprise forums and audiences including privacy, technology, global financial crimes, and corporate security. This associate would assist and advise in driving automation, maintenance and compliance of existing technology stack, emerging technology implementation, maintenance, and compliance, avoiding duplicity in insights, managing standards for the team infrastructure and team data use and access while ensuring privacy, training, and recordkeeping compliance. The associate will advise leadership on movement to the Strategic Data Platform and oversee reporting, business intelligence, and analytics migration to this environment. Required Skills: 5-8 years of technology, technology internal control, audit risk or compliance experience for a large and complex organization Understanding of analytic, visualization, reporting, query software Project management experience coordinating processes, procedures, budget, and large technology implementations in partnership with stakeholders. Understanding of relational database environments and distributed file systems Strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to interact and influence across all levels of the organization Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to document complex processes to improve business continuity, and maintain audit and regulatory credibility Highly motivated, proactive and a self-starter; strong sense of ownership & ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Ability to connect the dots, and a love of problem-solving Participation in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team Desired Skills: Masters and/or Bachelors Knowledge of financial and banking products, policies, operations and applicable procedures Experience supporting highly regulated initiatives in a large, complex financial institutions Experience using or administering a SharePoint site.
