Job Description
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for organizing accounting and financial data and collaborating with financial managers and other team members to successfully execute various tasks necessary in the accumulation of financial data
Duties / Responsibilities :
Routine bookkeeping
Posting daily sales summaries
Reconciling bank accounts
Processing paperwork
Organizing and filing documents
Scanning documents
Logging information in databases
Updating and maintaining ledgers
Processing invoices
