Hate Is A Virus is a nonprofit community of mobilizers and amplifiers to dismantle racism and hate run by volunteers and part-time staff.
Vision
We envision a world where all members of the AAPI community understand our history of oppression and activism and feel fully equipped to take action against hate and racism against all communities of color. Hate Is A Virus will continue to equip our community with how to advocate for systemic change and provide resources to support them on this journey of activism. Our ultimate goal is to one day make our organization obsolete.
Our Values
Each year, we select a local nonprofit partner and tailor a campaign to support them in three areas. In doing so, we develop leadership skills that we can then apply into other aspects of our professional and personal lives.
