THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to drive the financial planning process and work closely with other senior leaders to develop financial forecasts and set performance benchmarks for HARTBEAT. This role will involve providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including preparing budget versus actual analysis, departmental results analysis, cash flow projections, and other projects requested by leadership. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in financial modeling and the ability to present coherent analysis. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will play a vital role in propelling the financial success of our organization, cultivating, and maintaining a top-tier FP&A function.
