The Senior Marketing Compliance Analyst evaluates the internal controls of various Marketing teams, recommends changes to protect brand reputation, ensure reliability of financial data, safeguarding of assets, records and consumer data, adherence to prescribed policies and regulations, and maximum protection against fraud.
This position works with their direct manager to evaluate and evolve the overall Global Marketing Compliance Framework and training for the Marketing department.
This position leads the Marketing department efforts on periodic access reviews, data retention and management of the department assets.

Responsibilities
Partner with Compliance Manager(s) to evaluate overall Marketing internal control environment in order to identify risks that inhibit achievement of business objectives.
Partner with Marketing teams to mitigate compliance risk associated with marketing technology systems and processes. Includes consulting with marketers on the design, implementation, and execution of controls, developing mitigation plans and follow-up to ensure they are executed properly and timely.
Partner with other teams (Legal, Data Privacy, Audit, Compliance and Ethics, Supply Chain) to ensure department is compliant with company policies (I.
e., Privacy Policies, appropriate laws and regulations, Data Protection, Ethics).
Aid in the design, implementation and evolution of the Global Marketing Compliance Framework to ensure appropriate processes, systems and business practices are in place to mitigate risks while balancing the costs and benefits of such controls.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes that impact Marketing Governance.
Research, track, and document complex regulatory compliance requirements for business impact and develop awareness and action plans.
Development and facilitation of training and documentation to support compliance objectives and adoption of best practices.
Conduct periodic audits to measure and ensure department compliance with company / department policies, appropriate laws and regulations and operational effectiveness.
Manage system accesses to ensure proper segregation of responsibilities.
Evaluate access to and safeguarding of Confidential Information.
Manage compliance with department storage, sharing, retention and disposal guidelines for files and data.
Leverage data and advance analytics to identify and recommend controls / tools to mitigate program risks.

Qualifications
Minimum : Bachelor’s Degree

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Five (5+) years or more of Accounting, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, or Audit related experience
Preferred :
CCEP, CPA, CMA, CIA, CIPP or similar certifications
Experience with Enterprise reporting and operating systems
Two (2+) years or more of experience in evaluating internal controls
