It’s Just Better Here. The Graham Healthcare Group is looking for a Manager of Email and Marketing Automation (Hubspot) who will manage the day-to-day HubSpot email marketing automation and operations program.

Manager of Email and Marketing Automation (Hubspot) Responsibilities :

• Develop our new HubSpot email and marketing automation platform

• Build out and manage complex workflows, list, and lead management

• Develop recommendations to improve data set quality and lead prospect segmentation analysis

• Design and execute full campaign strategies from target identification, message, workflow, landing page design, content, etc.

• Work with marketing, creative, IT, and senior management to design and execute email campaigns in HubSpot

• Setup and launch email campaigns, design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new creative designs, messaging, segments, and content

• QA all emails and datasets prior to deployment

• Create, report, and analyze performance dashboards at the campaign level to drive actionable insights for continuous improvement across all metrics and report out key metrics and KPIs to all stakeholders

• Own all aspects of email production

• Flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct

• Verify (sometimes manually append) appropriate tracking analytics’ tags

• Maintain email marketing calendar to ensure accurate and timely delivery

• Maintain awareness of email trends, best practices, technologies, CAN-SPAM laws

• Provide information regarding email marketing initiatives

Qualification Requirements:

• Intimate knowledge and experience working with HubSpot is a must

• 3+ years email marketing experience with a strong operational focus

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Experience managing projects Monday.com is a plus.

• Strong working knowledge of HTML preferred

• Good understanding of CAN-SPAM laws

• Preference for BS in Marketing or related area

• Proficiency in Excel (including creating Pivot Tables/formulas) and PowerPoint
