JOB DESCRIPTION
Sturdy and Responsible local insurance company is looking for an enterprising and industrious Commercial Lines Account Manager to aid them in taking care of clients and having fun doing it. You will be able to work a hybrid style of in office/at home.
Must be licensed in your state of operation
Responsibilities For Commercial Lines Account Manager include:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Be able to talk to clients, brokers, and anyone else about insurance
- Completes applications in coordination with Account Executive; submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies
- Works as part of a team to ensure the account paperwork is in compliance with all rules and regulations
Requirements for Commercial Lines Account Manager:
- Insurance Industry experience mandatory
- Valid Property and Casualty Agents License
- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and shows initiative; interacts with AE in a pro-active manner
- Goal Oriented, self-motivated with an ambition to succeed
- Solid comfort level with Word, Excel, and AMS 360 software (preferred)
- Industry designations (CIC, CISR, CRM, etc.) are a plus
