Function as the marketing team’s tactical administrator, performing functions that support both internal and external customers in a professional, efficient manner. The Marketing Administrator is the main point of contact for a variety of requests, and must be extremely agile and have the ability to prioritize on a daily basis.

Specific Duties:

• Promote and role model organizational culture and values, specifically delivering Business Results, Integrity, Positive People in a Positive Environment, Extraordinary Customer Experience, and Future Orientation and Commitment to Personal Growth.

Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department as well as reporting on status of requests.

• Assists with daily operation of the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supports various members of the sales and marketing teams including but not limited to dealer requests, training administration, reporting on effectiveness of programs, and campaign coordination.
• Maintains adequate inventory of sales support items ranging from apparel to literature and is the main contact for suppliers of these materials.
• Gathers and formats all invoices for review and payment, including charges on corporate credit card.
• For items stocked onsite, physically maintains inventory and sends materials to salesforce and dealers.
• Maintains and updates list of dealers, rep coverage utilizing ERP System.
• Assists in coordination of events ranging from Dealer Council Meetings to internal company functions.
• Enters leads that arrive from multiple sources into Lead Utility or Hubspot.
• Coordinates social media program to ensure proper items are promoted on a regular basis.
• Coordinates all materials for internal newsletter and schedules the release of the newsletter each week.

• Offers administrative and reporting assistance for “Voice of the Customer,” including survey results.
• Creates reports to track and manage a variety of performance and progress metrics as needed, potentially including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting on results from our advertising programs. Looks into the best way to graphically show our current status to people both inside and outside of the department.
• Regularly reviews online directory programs to ensure we’re optimizing our presence in these areas.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field of study
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Software, and Adobe platforms
• Familiarity with marketing campaign platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Ability to write and edit press releases and related materials
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage short and long term projects and priorities
• High self-awareness and emotional maturity; low ego
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
